Service descriptions are general and remain subject to property access, jurisdiction, permits, utilities, title or ownership, safety, material condition, disposal options, scheduling, and provider acceptance.
Estimates and changes
Only a written estimate identifies the price, scope, exclusions, contractor responsibilities, schedule assumptions, payment terms, and final site condition. Concealed conditions or owner-requested changes should be handled through written change terms.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe nonpublic systems, submit false property information, misuse content, or impersonate an owner, provider, or authority. The signed project agreement and applicable law govern the service relationship.
